Phase Two - Distribution Center in Baldwin Park

LThe conversion of Cardinal's dog food and treat distribution center, located 2 miles away in Baldwin Park, started in September 2009 with the installation of eight 10-Ton air conditioning units in a system designed to control the temperature and humidity. At the same time the 100 watt lights were changed to 100 watt high efficiency lights that is totally controlled by motion sensors for best efficiency. Economizers bring in cool air at night when outside temperature falls below the building temperature.

Construction on the solar system for the distribution center is scheduled to begin in November 2009.
